Received the newest addition to my small coin collection today - a silver basilikon minted during the reigns of Andronicus II and Michael IX (SB 2042, I believe).
I've always found the last dynasty of #Byzantium interesting, so I'm happy to add a coin from that era to my collection. #Byzantine

The month of November has always been a solid running month. It holds my fastest 10K, fastest half marathon, and first ever marathon, along with a bunch of other races, including last month's Wine and Dine 5K. Shooting for a major race next year and plan to get back into the right shape for it.

Yesterday marked two years soda-free. Can't say the rest of my diet has been good - because it hasn't - but at least that is one thing I've been able to stick to!
