My latest sock knit design is based on woven hat hatching, a shading technique that uses a series of parallel lines in opposite directions to create a basket-weave effect. This pattern has been tech-edited!

The Emo Knitter on YT inspired me to try it.

An acquisition today, these are the last items I will get from Retold Yarns as they are closing. But I will cherish the 🍄 project bag and find a pattern for this gorgeous yarn.

Drawstring project bag, the fabric is cotton, the bottom is a tan/beige spotted pattern while the main fabric has different mushrooms in various shades of orange, yellow, red and brown. A single skein of dk weight sock yarn is on the bag at a slight angle, its colors are variegated and match the mushroom colors with some gray tones as well.
