So they may not be fledglings and may just be crows bullying the eagle. It's hard to tell from the clip. I wish I'd been quicker to capture more of it. Still crazy to see essentially in outer east Portland.
I am confident this is a bald eagle I caught a few seconds of video of at a stop light in west Gresham.
Flying with 2 or 3 little fledglings too! So cute. They were all wheeling, swooping, and circling together in the same area.

I am excited to see that the new head of D&D at WotC is actively trying to repair the relationship with the Dragonlance creators.
I still need to finish the new trilogy, but I hope with non-adversarial support behind them Weis and Hickman still have great things to accomplish.

I never intended to get elbow deep in planning and implementing Furlandia for 2026, but here we are lol.
I'd accepted an executive consultant role this year because the transition to the new hotel and going in right is super important to me, and that's requiring extra work I'm happy to do. >>

Getting around to doing major car engine work on my '97 RAV4 that I've put off. Mainly remove/clean/refurb fuel injectors and install new valve cover gasket. I am majorly amateur at mechanic work and self-taught over the last few years. This is the biggest thing I've done. Also be doing full tuneup.

These artichoke plants are freakishly large. Like 10-12 feet tall. My hand in the second picture is at approx my height of 6 foot.
