Oxfordshire County Council has its first Reform UK councillor. Felix Bloomfield was elected as a Conservative in Benson & Cholsey in 2021 with a small majority over the LibDems (1,519 to 1,499). He was unveiled as a defector to Reform UK at a press conference this lunchtime.
