it's actually crazy how much neopets art influenced my style... even 20 years later I still subconsciously incorporate little design nods like chunky lineart weight and facial structure bc that's what my brain feels Looks Right

omfg someone made a script to find your beauty contest entries because neopets is fucking weird and doesn't display a dates on trophies and it helped me unearth a picture of my mutant bruce that I drew nearly 20 years ago. getting 3rd place in the bc was probably my crowning achievement as a 9 yo

ffxiv is my main game and I think I've played nearly every day for the past ~8 years. animal crossing, stardew valley, terraria, and the sims fall into the category of "I am completely entranced by this game for a couple weeks out of the year." overwatch is for scratching a masochistic fps itch
