The “mainstream” media is really stupid. Instead of printing headlines like below, they should say this: “Trump doesn’t know what he is doing”. They just continue to feed into his shtick. It is exactly the headline he wants and they shouldn’t give to him.

Grand total output yesterday: one paragraph. But here’s the thing. I rewrote it ten times. I’m obsessed with words, sentence flow, its rhythm. Vacuous instead of empty, lifeless instead of dead. Don’t give up your day job, drifts a plea from the other room into mine. This is my day job, I reply.

This is a general post for anyone to respond to. When you sit down and start writing a novel, does the type of reader it would appeal to enter into your thought process, or do you just let the words fly?
