I’m sure some pocketbooks would take a hit if those proposed mergers (Paramount, Disney) were to not go thru. But isn’t our democracy worth the sacrifice? The pain of living under an authoritarian regime would surely be more and longer. We cannot be in a business-as-usual mindset.

New Hampshire sent two DEMOCRATS to the senate - Maggie Hassan and Jeanne Shaheen. They both voted to confirm Kristi Noem who is not qualified. Was that to protect the citizens or their jobs?
