What a weekend! People being pulled from the water within the first 50 meters. A few bad bike crashes. People collapsing on the run. I was elated to finish without incident. Worst thing for me was my wristband cutting into my wrist. Definitely a challenging course! #Ironman #IM703Oceanside #Goals

Anyone have any tips on having a more comfortable and pleasant saddle experience? I have a great seat (ISM PN3.0) and my Zoot kit has decent padding HOWEVER after 2 hours, I have to start shifting cheeks to avoid discomfort. I’m open to suggestions. Thanks in advance! #cycling #cerveloP3 #endurance

Great homemade pizza cooked on the grill. Made the dough, shredded the cheese, chopped up some fresh veggies, opened up some ham and a can of pineapple chunks and started grilling! Cheese for the young ones, Hawaiian for the older, and the veggie for me. #Pizza #Homemade #Cooking #Vegetarian
