Please consider testing the auto updater: 1) install 2025.3 Release Candidate 4 2) in preferences, enable prereleases 3) check for updates and install 2025.3-RC5 when it is offered. Report any issues on github. Thanks!

We fixed the assimp importer so that it displays models with the correct orientation. For example, gltf models were rotated by 90 degrees about the Z axis. If your custom toolchain compensated for this, you may need to adapt it now.

Being able to transform individual vertices of a brush using the rotate and scale tools is an often requested feature, so I have opened github.com/TrenchBroom/... for it. You can help out by downloading a build from github.com/TrenchBroom/..., testing it and giving some feedback in the PR comments.
