Great post with a lovely presentation www.terrygodier.com/phantom-fluency. Beyond the their reasoning for different podcast UX, I am always shocked to hear people listen to podcasts in spotify or w/e.
music is sacred, podcasts are not. and they deserve different spaces.

Hey @standard.site enjoyers, what general purpose facets are there for rich text (including things like bold/italic text, code blocks, etc) that you'd typically find in a blog post? Do those exist? Should I just yoink them from @leaflet.pub or @pckt.blog?

put together an @obsidian.md plugin for working with your @semble.so cards and collections. Also supports community.lexicon bookmarks along with @kipclip.com tags. an early POC but its amazing how quickly you can just do things with AT proto

Drives me absolutely crazy that Bandcamp doesn't have a persistent player. There's no reason a site dedicated to listening to music should stop the audio when you click on an artist or album

sad i've slept on it for so long, it's so much of what I've been dreaming of in terms of an open/shared/public substrate for apps to tap into.
