IMHO when the government shuts down NOBODY gets paid. NOBODY! Why should Congress and the Cabinet get paid while everyone else gets shafted?

FYI: "People" are not "civilized".
"Societies" are only "civilized" because of the countless rules and punishments attached to various actions that "people" naturally tend towards otherwise.

Okay, I hate cities…
Mostly because I just spend 20 minutes driving around in circles in Harrisburg PA to find a place my fare is looking at to move to to be closer to her daughter. We both were lost! Mostly because the GPS wanted us to go down the wrong way on a one way street. So I blame the GPS!! Other than that I have like 30 minutes to an hour to kill time, my tablet charged, and can actually get writing done, but wanna get home so I can grab a shower, write and do this all again tomorrow (some of that might be a sarcastic bit since tomorrow I start at 6 am).
