I hate about me's but 38, a new dad, software dev, love Tolkien and reading(favorite childhood book series is animorphs and its still worth reading), also I play video games like enshrouded, valheim, bg3 etc.

Just like the contestants I live again...for a brief period at least...
I hate that I never post on here but honestly I dont post anywhere these days....being a dad and working my ass off because keeping a job in tech right now is....not easy. But the least I can do is comment and like peoples (that I respect) posts to help keep the engagement flowing.

I'm more surprised that people were surprised that doonald chump would manipulate the market...it's the main reason he wanted power.

It's been a while since I have posted on here, so a quick update: I'm a dad now!!!! That has been the main factor in me staying sane in these dark times for the United States. Lastly, I'm exhausted by it all, so bare with me if the thoughts I post are a bit incoherent.

I'm super late to the party but finally got to watch Hamilton and it's so good. I knew it would be with all the reviews but damn it exceeded expectations.

Finally made the final push and deleted Facebook and threads. Bluesky is the only social media app I have still active. It feels peaceful 😌

Watching the Hobbit an unexpected journey and Thrór fumbles the arken stone like he has no coordination and like 10 mins later dwarfs are juggling dishes. Dishes being juggled, I believe, the king not able to hold onto a big jewel is less believable.

Just started Return to Moria because it was free on epic game launcher and im having fun. Survival crafting is one of my favorite genres(I know this one won't be as good in that department but lore makes up for a lot)and I love Tolkien.
