The Yoga routine I do is simple, I'm in pain after but, it's worth it.
Fibro is a weird one. Do too little and you get worse.
Do to much and it's agony.
Finding a balance isn't easy, and I can still get it wrong.
But all I know is that I still need to live life with joy where I can 😊
