There are two social groups in Worcester for trans and NB people, both meet at Sugar Daddy's Cafe, in the centre of town. TNT takes place in the evening when the cafe is closed so the group is private. Trans2gether takes place during the day, so there will be people not attending the meet-up around.
Join us for our annual Trans Day of Remembrance gathering on Sunday 23rd November, 6-8pm, at the Worcester Operatic and Dramatic Society hall, WR1 1NS. If you would like to share your words in any way then please message us, or email transworcs@gmail.com.

A reminder that we run a binder exchange! Get in touch with us for more information. Most of our exchanges take place at Sugar Daddy's Cafe, Worcester, and you can always drop binders off there for donation.

We have been asked to share some information on a new trans literature preservation project being set up in Worcestershire to encourage people to create their own libraries of trans works. More info can be found here:

We are LGBTQ+ and feminist organisations and individuals calling on the organisers of Pride events across the UK to take a stand against transphobia.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to the protest in Worcester. In such a small place having so many people, and such powerful community, really means a lot.

It's from 2pm. I just realised I forgot to put the time.

Thank you to everyone who helped make our TDoV event possible. We are going to continue to run events, to create safe spaces, and to support everyone trans and non-binary.
No law or ruling can take away who we are, or the communities we have.
Trans people have always been here, and always will be.

4. Please Don’t Get too Drunk
We do have first aiders, and can clean up vomit, but we’d really rather not.
3. Respect Others
Should hopefully go without saying, but please don’t be racist, sexist, homo/bi/transphobic, ableist, harass people, flirt with people who’ve told you to stop, or generally treat anyone badly in any way.

2. Be Careful in the Building
The building we are holding the event in is old and fragile, so please be careful of the space so you don’t get hurt and the building doesn’t get damaged. If a sign says No Entry, it’s there for a reason.

1. No Photos or Videos Outside of the Photo Zone
We want Queer Prom to be a safe and comfortable space for everyone, and we know that some people are not comfortable being fully out yet. As such we are asking people not to take photos or videos in areas outside of the dedicated photo zone.

The Queer Prom is intended to be a safe, inclusive event for people to dress up and have a good time, especially people who weren’t able to attend their own proms presenting as themselves, or together with the person they were dating. As such we’ve got a few guidelines we’re asking people to follow.
