NL: Adverse winter weather is expected along Trans-Canada #1 across central and eastern Newfoundland east of Bishop's Falls, and the Avalon Peninsula over Sunday night until Monday afternoon. A low pressure system can bring a period of accumulating snow before transitioning over to rain.

NS: Snow squalls (5 cm or more ) along Trans-Canada #104 in the Truro area and south along #102 toward Halifax, and #101 along the Bay of Fundy tonight. During the snow squall bands, visibility will be significantly reduced due to the heavy snow, and snow will quickly accumulate.
