How have I lived in Brussels for 18 months and only just discovered the sausage croissant?! This puts 2026 in a whole new light…

Note to self: it’s not a good time of year to search for #brussels.

I mean, we can’t be making music all the time.

I’m surprised how many labels are not using @bandcamp.com well. They should make sure that every musician associated with the label has a fan account and give them all free download codes for any of their new releases. No artist should have fewer displayed supporters than label-mates.

Café Le Coq in Ixelles was, by chance, the first place I came to on moving to the neighbourhood. I’m now such a regular I don’t have to order, the coffee just arrives. I feel like Norm from Cheers.

Brussels is such a friendly place.

Some of my guitars have been in storage since early this year so it’s lovely to have the gang back together!
