Saturday November 22nd is our last day of regular train operation for 2025, after this weekend we'll be switching gears over to Santa Train for the rest of our operating season.

Train Dreams' premiere was a hit! The theater was packed, full of NRM staff and volunteers, local residents, and even members from the movie's cast and crew!
Tonight at 7pm is the last showing at the North Bend Theatre!

Train Dreams premieres this Friday, November 7, in select theaters - including the North Bend Theater! The NRM had the privilege of being involved in filming with NP 924 at several points along our historic line.

Halloween Wine Train was a huge hit! The costume contest was tons of fun and 924 got to ride the rails once more. Prizes included gift cards (and a pie!) from local businesses, train passes, and even an annual membership!

While it isn't quite done, the parking lot expansion is usable, just in time for the Museum's October field trips! It's wonderful to see the cars all neatly lined up in the new lot with nobody, not even staff, needing to use street-side parking!

A line of cars filling every available parking space in the new parking lot expansion. The lines aren't painted in and the asphalt sidewalk hasn't been installed yet, but it's usable and that's what matters. You know you're deep in the museum field when you get emotional over seeing cars parked in a real parking lot.

Tragically, the apples spoil pretty quickly. Museum staff have tried to harvest them in the past while clearing brush and learned the hard way, so please do not trespass on the tracks to try to sneak yourself a spoiled snack.
