Not surprising. If we don’t do what is necessary, this will never get any better.

Suddenly, three of my very fit hiking friends are having strange sxs. All of these sxs fall into these categories: BP aberrations, heart issues, fatigue, SpO2 levels, balance issues. All have a history of having COVID one or more times in the past.
