D’où viennent les directives du CNRS ? On s’en fiche un peu mais comment le CNRS peut-il seul imaginer un plan changeant complètement la structure de la recherche (les keylabs 1e mouture) sans concertation ? Imaginait-il passer en force ? On a parfois du mal à comprendre de telles (non) stratégies…

D’un côté, on a des tribunes et des appels pour que les chercheurs CNRS collaborent davantage avec les entreprises, de l’autre on a des circulaires officielles de plus en plus restrictives quant aux conditions de cumul possibles. Étonnant non ?
