Good code comments are those who answer what and why, not how. If it’s not an abstraction, then it’s duplicating the code.

Under pressure programmers don’t think faster. Instead they take shortcuts, cutting some core methods of the project. It has a direct effect, negative, on software quality.

If you’re looking to take shortcuts, scrambling or choosing short-wins, you’re probably creating fragile applications. Future will probably become full of unplanned work and firefighting.
