I don't know if Mark Carney has read "Abundance" but he seems to understand it. We have become anti build to save the environment but we needed to build differently not stop altogether.

I am confused by the bc finance minister. She says getting rid of rhe carbon tax has taken 1.6 billion from bus budget. I'm sorry, that money was for the environment repair. Not your budget. It did not exist prior so it shouldn't be "needed" now. Thoughts?
