Perambulate. I like the word, but I've never used it writing. It sounds too much like whatever the literary equivalent of perambulate is. Lexicate? Don't think that's a word.

Going to try to use it anyway. Perambulate, that is.

Really not a fan of holidays. I live in a constant fear that, should I stop doing something, I might never resume it again. Momentum is important to me. Not to mention the fear of falling behind my schedule.

Still, I took half days today and yesterday.

Started reading Guilty by Definition, written by Susie Dent. It starts out with a lovely look into the editorial office for a dictionary. I imagine the general vibe of the scene comes from experience.

Makes me want to read more works written in niche professions, just to see that insider feel.

I have put a truly unhealthy amount of hours into Factorio since Space Age came out. It was already my most played Steam game, but it is getting ridiculous. I think it is important to recognize our vices so that we might improve.

Improve our factories that is.
