In no particular order the best Fantasy Authors are David Gemmell, Steven Erikson, Tolkien, Martin, Abercrombie, and Mark Lawrence. Honorable mention to Tad Williams.

Reading The Trouble With Peace by Joe Abercrombie at the moment. Really good 2nd one in the series. Orso is still my favorite character.

We are going to need a lot of fantasy books to get us through the next 4 years.
