Earlier this morning I ordered a 10 more volumes of JJK, as well as a novel I want to try reading later down the line, and I just got the shipping notice saying it'll be at my door on the 16th. Why are shipping times from Japanese Amazon faster than shipping from a warehouse 30 minutes away from me

I underestimated how much faster I read Japanese now compared to when I last read a bunch of manga a year ago so I didn't order more manga fast enough for it to arrive before I finish everything I have
