I've wanted to for a while now to step in as a father figure like a rent a dad for people that didn't have great parental figures in their lives avan if we are the same age. I just want to be able to be there even if its a phone call I can answer you with a " what's up sport" or champ or princess.

I can't stress this enough I hate house shopping. Two homes now in a row we put our offer in and someone at the last minute swoops in and offers 15k more in cash.
