I’ve been told by my daughter that I am in my “Prepping” hyper-fixation era. I just think it’s trying to ensure I can feed my adult children and their families should the shit hit the fan.
So with that, my first dehydrated project is in process! Potatoes! Wish me luck

The amount of anxiety I have today is astounding. Medicare/medicade are going away. My mother and granddaughter depend on them, my children are half Hispanic, 3 of them women of childbearing age. Reading the news of all the sites and programs gone doesn’t help. Seeing videos of yesterday is scary
