I really enjoyed Dynasty, but it was 3 matches too long. I appreciate the added value, but some of those Owen matches could have been better suited to main event Dynamite or Collision. Especially when you end another PPV with Mox retaining. But at least it was a shocking ending.

AEW Grand Slam was easily my favorite show of the year so far. Every match felt like it mattered and the crowd was white hot. Really felt like a 2019 Dynamite. More of that please!

A lot has been said about what #AEW can do to win crowds back and something that’s been sorely missing is entrance themes we can sing along to. Tarzan Boy, Wild Thing, Ruby Soho, Carry On My Wayward Son, Jane, Final Countdown and yes, even Judas. Can we at least work on getting back to that?

I’ve go no issues with Chris Charlton as a commentator, I think he’s usually great, but I’m not surprised he’s been essentially put on leave. The way he was burying Tony Khan felt reminiscent of Joey Styles burying Mike Awesome. Over the top, uncalled for and distracted from some amazing matches.

Kenny Omega is still Kenny Omega; but Gabe Kidd came out of that one looking like a true star. He’s exactly the kind of talent NJPW needs. I look forward to see how his 2025 plays out.

I appreciate the renewed focus on the world championship in AEW. From, Jay White, to Swerve, to MJF to even Jeff Jarrett. The best way to make Mox and the Deathrider story feel important is seeing the roster gunning for him. This isn’t an NWO story, it’s a reign of terror story. #AEWDynamite

I’m seeing A LOT of people who left Twitter and came here because they needed to get away from the toxicity, go right back to Twitter to dump their negative thoughts and omit them here. Maybe I’m crazy, but that’s lame. I get it, engagement is higher there, but it’s disingenuous as fuck.

@wayforward.bsky.social Just finished up with Clock Tower: Rewind and loved it. When going through the extras though there’s a lot of content that isn’t translated from the original Japanese. Is there any chance we can get that, or even add the cutscenes from the PS1 version as an extra?

I think the most frustrating aspect of the Shadow of the Eardtree nomination is that it is actually fantastic. One of the best expansions I’ve ever played, a true stand out experience in a year that lacked titles that had its kind of mass appeal. But it’s still just dlc for a two year old game.
