Hazy rainbow sunset at the airport; a warm welcome home after an adventurous trip.

Early morning view from the plane as we approached Madrid (on March 20, 2025). I took most of the pictures twice, once with the camera's night mode on and once with it off; I find the difference impressive.

After numerous rainy days in a row it was nice to get out and hike today. These pictures are from Monte de Valdelatas Park in Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain. Having only read about Roman aqueducts before, it was impressive seeing one (albeit in ruins) in person.
