Publisher’s Weekly reports that Customs and Border Patrol agent Gregory Lairmore’s existential novel based on his being hit by a thrown sandwich will be sold at auction today, to coincide with the trial of the accused assailant. The book is described as the story of an anti-hero.

Do all Subway sandwiches count as a felony if thrown at the Iceman? Just the clubs? The Meatball Marinara and the Cold Cut Combo? Does a 6" sandwich count as a misdemeanor, vs. the felonious Footlong? Is the server who made the sandwich an accessory before the fact?

It's just terrible to see immigrants flying the flag of another country in public here in America!
