Most of the time, it’s the usual stuff: team size, tech stack, ways of working.

But this time, the candidate asked me just one question: “What’s your impression of me after this interview?”

I’ve inherited a team that is absolutely petrified to release any changes without QA approval.

It will take some time to build confidence and establish new ways of working in the team.

It’s quite weird to see that the most knowledgeable people in the team are QAs.

What’s the situation with Angular these days? Is it worth sticking with it or better to move to React? (I’m dealing with a legacy web app)
