Trump's ICE is doing exactly what he told them to do. I believe he actually called and told each of them that they have federal protection from prosecution. This is the society we live in right now!

Democracy is being attacked from every direction. From civil subpoenas without a judges signature to FBI taking actual Georgia ballots out of state to FBI headquarters. Changing voters party without consent, to Trump wanting to nationalize elections. Stay vigilant!

Great news! Special election in Texas for Senate district 9 was won by Democrat Taylor Rehmet. This was a district that Trump won by 17 points in 2024, Taylor won it by 14 points, a 30 point swing! 😁😁😁😁

The hard part to this gun issue is knowing when to blink. I've had this discussion with many of my female nurses.They would ask me if they should buy a gun. Several reasons. Self protection. A bully boyfriend that couldn't except no! The answer was always the same. ARE YOU WILLING TO TAKE A LIFE?

If you feel the need to go armed to a protest, I suggest you have a group of armed resistors that MAKE THEIR PRESENCE KNOWN. To be clear with your intentions and be willing to use force when necessary. Only as is needed. Make sure you are following state and federal law.

I always expect cops to be cops. They fall back on their training and react accordingly. These ICE thugs are something else. They feel emboldened by Trump to do whatever they feel and he'll pardon them. Not going to happen in many states that will not excuse federal crimes!

I've always hated the Monday morning quarterback. With that said, lesson to the wise. If you carry a weapon pistol or rifle into a scene involving law enforcement and not expecting violence, you are an idiot! You HAVE TO expect violence and even death if you proceed this way. 1/2
