This weekend’s #BreakthroughT1DRide in Cape Cod was fantastic. I completed the full 100 mile route and the ride raised a little over $2 million for diabetes research.

This is what we looked like at our first JDRF, now Breakthrough T1D Ride 21 years ago. On Saturday we'll be riding in Cape Cod, a bit older, a bit grayer, but still committed to finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. There's still time to donate. Thank you.
