This is what I don’t understand!
In 2013, Obama was interested in discontinuing the penny. Congress would not approve it (perhaps due to the zinc lobby). No change.
Now, DT just declares it on social media. Maybe no more pennies?
A non-authoritarian Government is not supposed to work this way!
