This was reported at the time (although not on the BBC). Some harsh words were spoken to knock some sense into the English govt.
So, not only were the Tories on a graft extravaganza with the corrupt PPE contracts, they actively wanted to deny PPE to Scotland, Wales and NI. Think about that.
