If you don’t use your @netflix.com account for 10 months, it gets deleted — without any notification, since that info is only mentioned in the unsubscribe email. That’s terrible user experience.

#liquidglass feels like the ultra-processed food of UX — synthetic, artificial, and probably cooked up by an #AI before Apple’s designers even saw it.

I've just published a new video! It covers two ways to use matchedGeometryEffect() in SwiftUI: transitioning between views when one is removed and another added, and moving a selection marker by matching the geometry of a non-source view to a source.

Why doesn’t Apple provide the #macOS #Tahoe installer as an official option for download? It’s useful for installing the #beta OS on a different disk or disk partition.

Does anyone even read the Today page in the #AppStore anymore? I feel like it’s been showing the same apps for months — mostly just 💩 mobile games. Is our #craft fading away, or is #Apple only promoting the ones who pay? Honestly, I think it’s both. It’s kind of sad…

#Apple #Intelligence on my #Mac keeps turning off. It’s enabled in settings, but it’s stuck downloading models. Once I disable and then re-enable it, the models download just fine and everything works—until I put my Mac to sleep… Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

As a #parent of a one-year-old child, I can’t understand the ridiculous habit of setting off #fireworks and firecrackers on #newyearseve. It’s been going off under our windows all day, and there’s nowhere to escape.

I’d love to see one #Xcode feature implemented in 2025: proper support for reading the .gitconfig file.
