This release is mostly a bug-fix release, improving Toit on Windows when using non-UTF-8 code pages, and GPIO pins (especially on Linux, Raspberry Pi).

A small server is running on a SFF PC at my home with the Certum USB dongle. The server uses a cloudflare tunnel so it becomes reachable. The action just posts (with pwd) to an address and gets a signed version back.

On the ESP32 contacting example.com takes ~1.5s without the session state. It goes down to 170ms with it.
