Today is my birfday and I’ve been dreading it. Having a bunch of doctor appointments the week leading up to 40 is also the worst. So many required birthdate confirmations followed up with “Ooo big birthday coming up! 🥳”… 🫠🫠🫠

I had the pleasure of playing and shooting Wondrous Creatures before all of my medical stuff and I’m super impressed! Satisfying mechanics, easy to teach and learn, super creative magnetic meeple, and a TON of individual, Pokémon-esque card art to enjoy. It’s all wins over here 😁

This really is a great hospital. Awesome staff and some of the most beautiful nature murals I’ve ever seen. They’re down hallways, around corners, above doorways, hidden in different rooms. So cool. There is nothing more magical than staring into the eyes of a lemur while having your belly shaved.

More importantly, it was announced that we’re getting LEGO Pokémon statue sets but not LEGO Pokémon minifigs? LEGO, my brothers and sisters in Christ, Mega Construx done did that already. We need fig sets.
