You know you've reached a mature point setting up your smart home when you get a phone notification from the (physical) mailbox, when lights-on follow the robot vacuum/mop, but not the dog, when curtains close as you turn on the projector, and the heaters pause as you open a window/door.

I do love my new robot vacuum/mop. It cleans the mop pads itself, which is fantastic, but even more so: it can traverse up to 6cm door thresholds. Woop Woop.
