I’m so glad I waited to watch Inception until I could go in without any meaningful expectations because this is so much dumber and funner a movie than anyone hyping it up at the time made it out to be.

dragon ball GT is the most that any show has felt like at literally any moment they could reveal that the entire series up to this point was a dream, and then just keep going like nothing happened.

it seems increasingly apparent to me as time marches on that trying to make a game is mostly about finding a workflow that minimizes the amount of time you spending working within a complex piece of software that is not the thing you are actually making the game with.

it’s so funny when you open an extremely “console style” game on Steam and it opens cmd and then once the game is open your cursor is in the middle of the screen even though you launched it from Big Picture mode using a controller.

huh. i bet "wiggler races" are in mario wonder because the game takes place in the "flower kingdom" and wigglers name in japanese and most other parts of asia is basically just "flower-chan" or something that might roughly be translated as "flower-pillar"

i feel like even if there are always some small surprises, most of the time when you look up the best selling games for a console it makes sense. nothing on one of those lists has ever perturbed me the way that Harry Potter and the Sorceror's Stone for PS1 outselling every Crash or Tomb Raider does.
