I think some of us might've been a little too hard on Ottawa, eh? The Charge took care of the Vancouver Goldeneyes by a final score of 5-1

Brianne Jenner led the (well, y'know) with two goals and four points

For the second game in a row, a visiting player in Ottawa has been tossed for cross-checking a player in the head...Vancouver's Emma Greco the guily party this time

Maybe you....shouldn't do that?

Three certainties in life: Death, taxes, and apparently the Sirens filling the net in the third period against the Charge....

Taylor Girard's natural hat trick has put New York up 3-0, all scored in the third

Ottawa Charge looked like they scored first the New York Sirens...but video review shows they had six players on the ice. Look to have been some miscommunication on the line change when entering the zone.

Still scoreless in the 1st

We're three years into the #PWHL, and yet, there's still no national TV deal in the United States. Only regional broadcasts are available south of the border.

I asked the league why, and what plans they might have, in my latest for @dailyfaceoff.bsky.social

www.dailyfaceoff.com/news/heading...
Heading into PWHL’s third season, the PWHL still doesn’t have a U.S. TV deal – why?

Though Aerin Frankel is the clear-cut No. 1 goaltender, Marmer spoke glowingly of Abbey Levy's effort in training camp, solidifying her spot as the backup netminder.

Marmer says Levy, with her experience in NY, is the right one to push Frankel to start the year.

@dailyfaceoff.bsky.social
Boston GM Danielle Marmer on releasing Chloe Aurard:

She said that, with many players choosing to sign out west right as free agency opened, they had to make decisions quickly when signing players. Then, they had a really good draft class, which forced her and the team to make decisions.
