In the last 10 days, we've heard from a lot of male pundits and very-online dudes and even when the analysis is smart, very little space given to how women are processing. I tried to put it into words. Mostly one: FURY www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

Pete Hegseth also has a tattoo of the words “Deus Vult” (“God wills it” in Latin); which has come to signify the idea for TheoBros that “God mandated Crusaders’ violence.”

The Christian nationalist agenda is already being realized:

@hurwitz.bsky.social reports on how the Heritage Foundation has also given Trump a workable plan to stop pro-Palestine dissent.

I can’t think of a single dystopian novel or movie that imagined our government filled not with aliens but ignorant conspiracy theorists, Russian assets, sex criminals and grifters.
