One of my cats had surgery today, so I wore my “catstooth” print pants to work in her honor. Don’t worry, babygirl made it through okay.

I woke up with Tegan and Sara’s “Closer” blaring in my head at a volume of 11. This was a good start to my day.

I called a company this morning, and their hold music was “Enter Sandman” by Metallica. This is a great start to what I overheard someone call “Feral Friday.”

I watched an episode of Star Trek Discovery last night, and it was this warm hug full of hope. It’s a nice contrast to a couple weeks ago when I told my husband we need to stop watching Deep Space 9 before bed because the space Nazis were too close to real life right now.
