my friend broke his neck Sunday: C1 & C2, which usually makes you die or leaves you a quadriplegic and he can walk and is going home from the hospital tomorrow and omg it’s such a miracle.

my husband backed the car - with our bikes on the rack - into a parked truck. Cracked the carbon frame on my e-bike. I’m not pleased about this at all… so I bought myself a really nice wireless upgrade kit for my pedal bike. Which he can pay me for because I’m mad. 😂

yesterday a coworker asked to take some time in his afternoons to go biking and my boss was like, “you don’t have to ask permission, just block your calendar & let people know where you are, we encourage people to do what they need to do.” and again I am grateful I found this company.
