Me: * reads medication side effects"*

The Side effects are the exact same as my symptoms.
Me: "Oh great, thanks..."

Tonight I cried after I tried to test my INR with my home kit, 4 times. Every test failed and couldn't get a reading. Wasted test strips. Wasted my last lancets. These little continuous health management things are so incredibly frustrating at times.

Today is the first day of Noonan Syndrome Awareness Month! I will be sharing 1 fact a day for the Month of February to spread awareness for Noonan Syndrome which is thd genetic condition I have and effects my everyday life.

Today while in the gym with the preschoolers I was trying my hand at "basketball" I predictably miss my shot and a kiddo tells me,

"Meghan you have to grow tall than you can get it!"

I love how she tried to encourage me but unfortunately I've not grown an inch since my early teens.

The irony is never lost on me when I come dangerously close to missing (and occasionally sometimes actually do miss) my bus because I was on my phone to check the TRANSIT app.
