As long as UB is in standard, the formats dead in paper for me and a lot of other people who can't afford 3-4 premium sets a year. I wish it seemed like more people cared.

As a person who plays EDH, and loves Magic, what I think sucks is that if you don't want to play EDH there is essentially no where else to go in the game. Modern has been bad. Standard is ass and looks like it's going to be ass for a long time. Pioneer is somehow deader than legacy and vintage.

I've never liked UB because it seemed like the place we are was inevitable. It brings new people in, and that's awesome but it feels like the care for the game feels like its gone from Hasbro. Also it sucks seeing people who have played this game for decades leave because its no longer for them.

Every time I see the proxy debate come up its always about allowing proxies for the sake of being welcoming and inclusive.
Well I've been poor in this space and I've been Black in this space. The poor thing was much less of a negative to my experience and feeling welcome. 🤷🏽♂️

I dont like Secret Lairs as a product line and I never have. It still really sucks to see friends who want to buy them be told they can't every drop though. I really wish Hasbro would at least pretend to care about its customer base.
