Sorry, Mr. Sarandos.

But fool us once, shame on you.

Fool us twice, the animation community will have your head on a platter.

Everyone, this is no time to celebrate.

Amazon will find another way to keep doing something like this so keep fighting for "actual" dubs.

Stand up to large corporations.
BANANA FISH no longer has an English dub on Amazon

After this, I don’t even want someone to hate on a 4Kids dub. EVER AGAIN.
The only thing less human than these AI dub performances is the decision to sign off on them

A company this big can pay human actors a decent wage, not produce slop that intentionally removes the human element.

Sorry about what happened last night, Jazzy.

Stuff like is why I’m glad I’m not someone who glazed at the most popular stuff and just takes their time.

The people you deal with have no excuse to bully those who don’t like things they do.
I'm done.

I've been bombarded with harassment all night.

I've been called a transphobe, a ragebaiter, the problem with Bluesky and so much other garbage and my attempts to distract myself have been impeded by more harassment.

I'm sorry I don't like your stupid fucking series.

Overreaction much?
A Christian school in England has banned students from singing songs from ‘KPop Demon Hunters,’ saying the film’s tunes does not uphold its “Christian ethos.”

Staff said the themes are linked to “spiritual forces opposed to God and goodness,” and argued the ban helps uphold the school’s values.

Ladies and gentlemen,

The crash-out of 2025.
‘The Owl House’ creator Dana Terrace responds to Disney+ funding AI-generated short form content in new tweet:

“Unsubscribe from Disney+. Pirate Owl House. I don’t care. Fuck gen AI.”

Of fucking course.
Bob Iger says Disney+ will soon have AI-generated short form content from users

You want to see how bad Mr. Enter’s influence was in the 2010s?

3 of these movies on the list are punching bags for reviewers, 1 movie is based on a popular punching bag, and for reasons that perplex me beyond reasoning thinking "Trolls" deserves to be on a list like this.

I’m taking another BlueSky break for Halloween and after this whole "I fucking hate Daylight Savings time" nonsense blows over.

Happy Halloween and Día de los Muertos, amigos!

Why couldn’t we have a day off to celebrate someone who deserves it?

You know you fucked up big when even Konami, a company that’s basically been the laughing stock of gamers throughout the late 2010s up to now, is doing better than you.

Due to all the current changes and controversies this week, I will take a Bluesky break from Friday of this week until Friday of next week.

See ya.

You know things are that bad when I "generally" wish that an awful person was still alive, if only because of the shitshow we’re all now dealing with.

If you know, you know.
September 18, 2025 at 3:43 PM
Honestly, this is why (with one exception) I’m pretty much done with overtly angry reviewers.

Even considering the film itself, most of them tend to have such an air of snobbish pride over the movie that it makes you feel idiotic for having any kind of opinion over the subject of choice.
I’m gonna be real, this is genuinely some of the most unhinged behavior I’ve seen anyone talking about animation.
September 9, 2025 at 3:44 AM
So does that mean women aren’t allowed to be angry or experience any negative emotion, just like I somehow can’t be allowed to experience any negative emotion.

FUCK OFF, TurdWord.
What the hell does that even mean?
September 8, 2025 at 2:25 PM
And that post right there sums of one of the biggest issues I had with the cartoon community:

When a well-known cartoon reviewer gives their response to a any show, movie, episode, etc., rather than try to make their own response confirming or disputing said opinion, viewers only act like parrots.
I give a small chuckle to myself when I see people get surprised when I mentioned that the Hotel Transylvania movies were hated.

Ooo boy, try being online ten years ago.

After viewing this thread, this is my response:

Ugh, it’s just another day on social media.

It’s upsetting to see a titan of the animation industry is now reduced to like a Jenga building knocked over.

All I’m hoping now is that the library of shows would be taken care of.
Not officially confirmed but Nelvana, one of Canada's most storied animation studios, appears to have quietly closed down on Friday, yet another casualty of Corus Entertainment's struggle to survive.

*insert anti-streaming comment/pro-physical media comment here*

That’s pretty much what all the quote posts are going to be like.
‘Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!’ and ‘The Scooby-Doo Show’ is no longer streaming on HBO Max.

Both shows are available to watch on Tubi or other digital platforms.
September 1, 2025 at 9:52 PM
Give up that digital release, please.

I'll pay anything for it.
‘KPop Demon Hunters’ is now Netflix’s #1 most watched film of ALL TIME with 236 MILLION views.
