ISC supports our NWSL members in their opposition to the High Impact Player (HIP) rule.
The HIP criteria are arbitrary & unjust, creating a two-tier system that undermines fair pay, player development, & international success-while placing players’ earning potential in the hands of media narratives.

We stand with the NWSLPA in its opposition to the High Impact Player (HIP) rule and urge the NWSL to negotiate with the Players Union as required by the collective bargaining agreement.

If you see a group who didnt post it, don't assume they don't support it. Its Christmas Eve and this was put together so fast. People are with their families, some people have to go through their boards. So be cool and know that the ISC groups support this.
