Honestly we need another big summer again. Not because last summer was bad but more due to the inactivity of prior summers. Our net spend is still way below lots of other clubs in the past 5 years. We didn't add any depth to our team last summer.

Slot isn't going anywhere so we should just behind the team and manager. If he continue getting output out of Wirtz, Ekitike and Salah we should be able to get top 4 but our injuries and depth aren't helping.

Gordon saying what fans think this season. Premier League football has turned crap. Not enough football played and too physical. If the PL doesn't step in their brand will tarnished.

It really does feel like our major signings bar Isak have found their feet in the last month or so.
Somehow we end 2025 in 4th despite going on such a terrible run. The Premier League this year is mad. What gives me optimism is Ekitike,Wirtz, Kerkez and Frimpong starting to settle and find their feet. We've seen such a drop off from the likes of Mo, Mac etc others needed to step up.

It really does feel like our major signings bar Isak have found their feet in the last month or so.
So after watching Burnley I felt we were unlucky to not win. We had enough chances and had we made better decisions could have opened them up more. We need to learn to get Wirtz involved more centrally and get Kerkez and Frimpong in positions where they can take on the full backs.

We're taking a gamble if we don't bring any reinforcements in. If miss out on Champions League the club will only have themselves to blame.

Wasn't a great performance but all our goals were pretty good. Nice to see Frimpong scoring his first goal. Wirtz continuing his output and Ekitike back is always good to see.

I feel like yesterday's performance was one of our best given the circumstance. It's a bitter blow to lose Bradley to another injury. Hopefully we can take some momentum from the performance.

I don't think we should compare ourselves to Arsenal's squad. Arteta is in his 6th season and built it over 6 years. They also have spent over £300m more in net spend on transfers over the past 5 years. We're in a rebuilding phase. Different transfer approaches.

There are definitely arguments we did too much. However we needed a new RB to replace Trent, a new LB to replace Robbo, two new strikers to replace Nunez and Jota. We also needed a new CB. We might have pushed our luck with Wirtz on top of that. We probably should have kept Diaz for some continuity

Honestly the Premier League is a dour league right now because refs and VAR have allowed it to be over physical. The Premier League needs to be punishing teams for over physicality during set pieces, corners, throws in or this league will continue to lose its global appeal.

As 2025 closes I think in hindsight we should have anticipated a more transitional season despite the big summer splurge. Maybe the club expected it too. We’ve had to and are still coping with the traumatic loss of Jota.

I've always like Arsenal so if they win the league I won't be bitter but I just cannot stand Arteta and his style of football.

With the Isak injury we definitely need attacking reinforcements. Slot only trusts Ekitike,Gakpo and Wirtz. Chiesa and Rio aren't even considerations for him.

Both Slot and Salah need to go. Slot because he isn't up to it and Salah because he's just undermined the club. It still doesn't mean we should disparage Salah's legacy and what Slot did for the club.
