Israeli authorities have rejected requests from dozens of NGOs to bring in lifesaving goods, saying they are “not authorized to deliver aid.”

Cholera is spreading in Sudan's war-torn Darfur region.

@doctorswithoutborders.org has opened a 160-bed cholera treatment center in Tawila and may need to expand it.

More aid is urgently needed - especially cholera vaccines.

Poverty, insecurity, and distance already impede access to care in remote areas of Somalia, and the suspension of USAID funding has caused the closure of at least 37 health sites around Baidoa.

A wave of starvation in Gaza, and a lack of resources to treat it.

Experts warn that famine is unfolding in Gaza — and that treating severe acute malnutrition will take more than just increasing food aid to the enclave.

A deep look at what @doctorswithoutborders.org calls a "war on people" - and what nobody is doing to stop it
“The end of the liberal world order” is a phrase that gets thrown around a lot in conference rooms and lecture halls. But in war-ravaged Sudan, it’s a reality. @anneapplebaum.bsky.social traveled there and spoke with those who are living in this post-American world:
