30 years ago. Mad! Where does time go. Wrote about being at Selhurst Park and aftermath in the new RedNews. A funny story from the fallout worth re-telling. In the next mag we (RN artist Des) did a pisstake (non) t-shirt graphic to dig at the hysteria - clearly a wind up. Here.

Breath in through the nose, hold for 4 seconds and slowly release, and then say... (internally or externalise)
"I control my brain. My brain doesn't control me."
Try that 4 or 5 times, and if it doesn't work. Kick something
